Fun in the snow continued today! After our Saturday morning music class (always a great time!)we stopped at a hill to let Allison sled for the first time. We scoured Walmart and Target last night for sleds, but no luck! So last night Daddy found a makeshift sled- a lid to a big Christmas decorations box. :) Sledding was a HUGE hit! It took us a few tries to get a good sledding path made, but once it was made, she had a great time and wanted to go again and again! Finally I said, "Okay, just one more time", and she said, "NO! FIVE MORE TIMES!!" We compromised at two. After sledding we came home and she began to work on making her first snow man with Daddy. For someone who has pretty much memorized the entire Frosty movie, this was a HUGE deal for her. She had fun helping and even decided on some decorations (an orange for the nose). All in all it was a great morning at our house. I can't remember the last time I went sledding or made a snow man. Having a toddler is SO much fun!!
