Mondays with Landen are always a good time. Today the kids enjoyed music, dancing, and playing games. Allison gets so excited to have him come over because let's face it, boys just play differently than girls, and she loves the change in pace. She wasn't thrilled when Landen had a different way to play Candy Land, though. "Mommy, he's not really following the rules, is he?" I know, I'm raising a rule follower in my own image. Most of the time following rules is a good thing, but sometimes it makes us appear pretty inflexible to another person's way of doing things. I'll work on it, I promise. :)
